i must say, i haven't written a "how to rate rarb albums" journal for myself to reference when reviewing. what i DO do, however, is try to rate albums on a universal scale. that is, a 1 is a 1 is a 1. for whoever, whenever. the shittiest song in the world is a 0, the best song in the world is a 10. that's it. more specifically: i care a lot about:
